I was told when I checked in that the service would take about an hour. After waiting 2 1/2 hours with no contact, I inquired at the service desk and was told 10 more minutes. After a 1/2 hour with no contact by anyone, I returned to the desk and he brought my car forward.
I never saw Eric after the check-in.
I hope this is not indicative of your future service because I have 2 years left in my lease/

Once I realized my car had an HID bulb and that replacing it was beyond the adjacent simple 5 minute in/out high beam plugin lamp I came to the experts. Of course Toyota/ Lexus perhaps could have designed access better ????. I had no idea what that aluminum box was except that the cover mentioned something about possible loss of life! Thanks for the good service as usual!
