Very good customer service by Fred. Almost no waiting time in the lounge and stepped out with loner car during regular service. Service has completed as just as expected. Totally satisfied and will return for the next service.

Hi there, Mario, my service advisor at Putnam Lexus went above and beyond during my last visit in February 2021.
He worked out how to get my warranty claim started, and kept me up to date. I’m sure it took multiple phone calls, and a ton of back and forth. He made the process easy for me, as this was causing my some worry and I didn’t want to have to handle it myself. He took care of the back snd forth with the warranty company, and worked with me to find the right solution in terms of the parts and labor.
Mario was also understanding when I came in with a tricky situation. I was given paperwork on an issue, I misplaced it, but he was able to find the notes and work out that problem with my right door all in the same trip as with my warranty claim.
In sum, he juggled both my issues, was a great communicator, and even got me a loaner when I didn’t reserve one and we realized the work would take all day. That was my fault and he covered for me.
Please give the man a raise lol. Mario was even covering for another service advisor named Ben who found the issue in the door originally, Mario was stellar!
