There are 3 Lexus dealers closer to our house than Putman Lexus. We prefer to pay a bridge toll for Putman’s outstanding service experience. Speaking from past service experiences at other Lexus dealers.

Horrible never coming back. Delayed my car longer they said. they did alignment to my car and charged me for it. But when I started to drive the car I as soon as I left the service. My car would change late if I let go of the steering wheel. So I called them back n brought my car back. And when I arrived instead of checking the car Mario comes and tells me it’s because I need new tires with out even checking what I had told him what was wrong with the car. I’ll make sure to tell my friends n family to not service there car at this location.

I brought my 2019 RX 350 in for the door recall and an oil change. Luckily you had the recall part to complete the service and were able to provide a loaner car in the process. Upon receiving the loaner car, I noticed a bottle cap and straw cover in the cupholder in the center consul. It made me question how clean the car was but I didn’t want to make a big deal of it so I drove home. Upon driving the car back I realized that there was a used mask in the backseat of the car. Given the current pandemic, I’m incredibly disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail - not to mention the disregard for the customer’s health and safety. The gentleman who helped me retrieve my car were very apologetic and comped my oil change. He shared my experience with the service manager who did not come out to apologize personally but sent an email apology with a generic list of the cleaning process. Unfortunately listing the cleaning process doesn’t mean anything when that process was not applied to the car that I received - which ultimately can greatly impact my health along with the health of my loved ones. I’m a loyal customer to Putnam Lexus. This is the fourth car that I have leased from this location and I’m incredibly disappointed at the lack of quality and cleanliness especially during the biggest pandemic we’ve faced in over a century.
