I just received an email to ugrade Lexus DCM. If I need to reactive, I must call Lexus dealer and update a software.
Since I just went for maintenance few days ago, it will be better to ugrade it at that time.

Part of 40k service was to have cabin air filter changed. Work order stated it was changed. Upon arriving home I checked and found it was not changed. Had to drive back to have it changed with new filter. Not service advisors fault but as with last service makes me wonder if work is actually performed as stated. After last service experience I should listened to Lexus corporate and found another Lexus dealer to service my car. Being 4 miles from my home I would like to be able to trust Putnam especially after spending over 100k since 2014 in car purchases.
