It is ok, I’d say 5/10. Stark contrast that I’ve noticed: the front desk is not a very friendly person. You can sense the I shouldn’t be at work today vibe. Another is, I picked up the car and nobody even told me what did we do with recall. Here’s the paper, sign this and go. Mario is friendly though. But after the job was done I was not even approached on how the repair was or how did it go. I have dealt with several dealership services since I travel around because of my job, and I have pretty good benchmark on how each performs. This place needs to amph up their customer service a tad bit. Honda and Toyota does a better job

Already needing a repair at only 62,000 miles is not what I expected of Lexus. I was previously with Infiniti, had my car 11 years, needed NO REPAIRS. Now only 5 years with Lexus and already a problem. Lexus is an expensive car...this should not have happened so soon. VERY disappointed.
