I got my 60k miles car service done efficiently in two hours, so that I was able to take care of my other business/errands in the same afternoon . Right after I dropped my car, Randy got the paperwork done quickly and got my car serviced right away. Everything ran very smoothly and efficiently till completion.
At the cashiers desk I received a detailed report explaining what services had done to my car and also Recommened services needed for future repairs/replacement.
It’s a very pleasant satisfying experience for my car service yesterday at Lexus dealership in Redwood City.
Ps. Very grateful to Greg ( the Service Manager) for getting my car front license plate fixed perfectly and quickly!
