I wasn't COMPLETELY satisfied with the service. I received a call from George indicating that my car should be ready for pick-up same day UNLESS they found something and needed to keep it another day. No one ever called me to confirm the car was ready for p/u or not. I tried to reach the service center multiple times before they closed and no one answered the phone - it went to voice mail.
