We just bought a 2017 GX 460 it has a shutter at between 60 to 65 mph but they were not able to find the root of the problem. I went on some Lexus forums and found out that this model does indeed have that problem and there’s various ways to fix it. Was disappointed that they just re-balance the tires which we had already done the previous week at an outside shop and we knew that was not the issue. My car was returned to us and the issue that was not solved.
We bought this car to take it on a road trip when were able to do that but with this bad shutter we are not going to be able to, it’s annoying at high speeds. We’ve had five or six Lexus cars and this is the first Lexus car to disappoint us.
