Actually the end result was excellent due to Mario taking my complaint very professionally. He listened to me vent my frustration about the delay getting me to Enterprise. He made no excuses but did apologize and expressed true regret!
When he notified me the next day that my car was ready, he mentioned that he spoke with the Service Manager and had been authorized to have my car detailed. It looks brand new and in hindsight, I think I could have been much more calm in the first place! Mario is a true gentleman and it was a humbling getting into my car but also with true gratitude! ?????????? To Mario and the Service Department & Detailers too!!!

Extremely low attitude with not a customer friendly service. Today the Lexus lost a customer.
