I've not much to say. Randy was curteous, informative, accommodating and made me comfortable. Frankly, that's what I would expect from a person in
his position. The fact that you don't see much of that anymore in the retail
sales/sevice part of our economy doesn't change the fact that that's what
should be expected. As usual, Lexus employees have come through again.
