1). The lock lug nut on front passenger side is missing. a standard lug nut was put in place.
2). I feel that Putnam is trying to get $3K out of me for no reason.
Issue: replace front brake pads and rotors due to grease being on brakes of driver side? If that is the case, why did Putnam let me leave with grease on the brakes? How does grease get into the brakes?
Front driver tire worn to 3/32. Come to find tire also had 2 slashes in the sidewall. Why wasn’t that found and addressed to me? Instead Putnam let me drive off with the tire that way.
Front axle Boot is not leaking.
Found this information out from a second mechanic to double check what Putnam is telling me is the truth. Apparently they were not honest with me.

She’s very considerate when I asked her if she could find me a bigger loaner car and she went and get me one without hesitation. One more thing, i could not pick up the car due to work conflict and she’s very considerate enough to let me pick up the car and return the loaner car the next day, that is an excellent customer service.

Indeed, Alma has always been outstanding, reliable, and consistent. When I arrived, she dropped down a few issues I mentioned. She kept me posted while I stayed and did my conference calls and work on the phone and laptop. When I saw here again, she had all the problems taken care off, big and small, including fine details.
