Although it was disappointing that I had to wait 45 minutes for me to check in my vehicle - i think its more of systemic on your part not to assign this to another service advisor who's free. He was apologetic on the delay and even provided me with a 15% discount for the service performed on the vehicle. He also made up to it by providing me updates on status of my vehicle - letting me know that the vehicle will need to stay overnight, letting me know the vehicle is ready for pick-up and offering to have an Uber pick me up. Overall, he really tried to provide the best service and as mentioned previously, you should have back-up advisors to insure customers are not subjected to long wait times specially when this is just for routine service and does not need specialized advisors.

Randy did a great job. The phone system is lacking. I left messages which were not returned for hours. I could not discuss the diagnosed issues so we could move forward with repairs. Technician called in sick the next day so repairs were delayed. I had a loaner vehicle which was helpful.
