In the past I was promised that with each major service my car would be thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. The vacuuming was far less than perfect; however, this was through no fault of Randall’s….but the careless work from the car washers. I was too late to wait around for them to “redo” the vacuuming. This is the SECOND time this has occurred. Frankly, Serremonte Lexus service does a better job with the car cleaning. The rest of my service was prompt and thorough.

George was wonderful. He explained the initial problem and followed it up with two phone calls to tell me about the progress a n let me know the car was ready. He even saved me over a thousand dollars because a part he thought was needed , wasn’t.
