Appears someone used the wrong paint color 085-vc on my touch up. The correct color is 085 according to my Vin for 2023 RX 350. This is a difference of flat white verses pearl. It didn’t look great when I picked it up, but I didn’t realize why until later. There was a dirty black rag smudge on my A Pilar on my cream interior, near the windshield. Finally, I’m not sure why armoral was used on the dash. This has never happened before when I’ve had the car detailed with Lexus. It looks uneven at best, and it’s very greasy. Disappointed this time.

I really liked the online portal that details out all the items that was done and needed. However, when I click the payment - there’s nowhere that has the breakdown of the charges, ie part tax, that was added to the service. If we can somehow see the total breakdown that would be cherry on top. Everything else is perfect. George and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Would def come back again. Thanks all!

Ben, is a very knowledgeable service writer and provided me with helpful information on the items found during the multipoint inspection. He went above and beyond to check on vehicle service history which I had mentioned to him. He listened to my concerns when I met with him to drop off my car for service, he made a point to take a look while the vehicle was on the rack and showed me a picture of my concern which we discussed at check in. I will request Ben at my next service appointment. Thank you

I would welcome a call from a manager - the experience from the time I dropped my car off for service was unsatisfactory and did not meet my expectations or Lexus standards. The significant deterioration in the service experience is causing me to reconsider coming back to Putnan RWC. Thank you.

Although I was very satisfied, there are several things I’d like to express. You cleaned the inside and outside of my car exquisitely. But I had emptied my trunk and it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned at all???? you graciously picked up my car- but we had arranged Friday and you picked up Saturday instead. But left a loaner SUV. Nice! But instead of returning my car on Saturday afternoon tho it was ready at four, too late to make the switch so you returned my car Monday morning. My csr is running smoothly. It was returned clean and shiny. Everyone was kind and couteous … and you found a missing set of keys!! Thank you

Eda’s message regarding my car did not come through. She should have called me when I did not respond or call regarding my car. Furthermore; I think every Service Advisor should actually make a telephone call to every customer to avoid this same problem in the future. I can't say enough about how good Randy handled this service call. My car had extensive water damage and Randy walked me thru the process of totaling my car. Not only did he help me with the servicing he also put me in touch with a couple of salesmen to help me with a new car. I am 1000% satisfied with Randy and his performance on this job

In general, services are great! The thing bothers me is the setting had been changed and I may not know how to reset it back, I.e. when I turned off the engine and I can push the door handle to lock the car but the mirrors don’t close it in, very annoying! Second thing is the detailing cleaning the car, it didn’t do a good work, the windows had water marks. It has not happened before.
