I think when the service was finished, the agent would tell me all the work at thid time but there is not. For example like tire 4/4 or 5/5,what is that means,I really I don't know.

Very rude, insisting on using the loaner car instead of staying there for the time. I had called 3 weeks ago to make this appointment and specially said I needed to stay.
The person on the phone previously was very rude too. It seems like they do not want to help, since I have membership and already paid in advance for all the services.
