She was polite, but she misquoted pricing on back brake pads. Did not mention rotors being replaced. Said brake job would cost $1892,
I called Back within 5 Min to say I changed mind. Left her a VM and called
Service desk same time at 11:10a, talked to a female who said she’d tell her right away.
I had to call back at 12:30 to see if she’d gotten message. Talked to Randy, he was very efficient and said he’d let her know. When we got there, she said that’s first time she knew we’d declined the service.
Having brakes replaced elsewhere.
