I feel as if the dealer is not honest. I brought my truck in 8 months ago for a coolant leak. Spent $1400 for the repair. Came in after a trip to Lubbock with a check engine light. Also previously looked at. Anyway, dealer stated that I needed a O2 sensor, $600, really? And also needed cooling system worked on as there was a leak??? There is no leak, just spent $1400 to fix. I am under and all around that truck weekly. Really sad that you all didn't even look at the maintenance records before stating I needed a repair that was completed 6 months earlier. I will never bring my truck back. Will also tell everyone I know how my experience was.

Mr Roshell is very helpful. I called him several days earlier to make my appointment and tell him what needs to done to my Escape and was very helpful answering my questions. The day of service Mr Roshell, once again, was very helpful answering questions. I received several text messages during the day updating me on the service being performed. Received a text message that my vehicle was ready for pickup and when I arrived he was there at his desk waiting. He walked me to the cashier and explained the bill step by step.
