Customer Service at the beginning was poor, I drove up in a Toyota and my son behind me in the mustang and the service man told me i needed to go down the street I was at the wrong place. Finally a lady came and got me with my service provider and that went great. When calling the number on Google for service they for 4 hours said no one could take my call that they were all busy, finally called the dealership and talk to someone.
