The wait at Grapevine ford is ridiculous. I am literally taking my car to Sam Packs for repairs because Laura says she cant even get my car diagnosed for a week- whereas Sam Packs will do it the same day I get it there. Expand your business and hire more people if you need, because a week turnaround to just diagnose is NOT acceptable.

This is my first service and probably the worst. Vehicle was poorly washed and by poorly washed I mean there was 1 foot or larger patches of dirt. In addition I have grease on my door pilar, assuming this was from mechanic. Pathetic!
