Took over a week to look at my car, impossible to get ahold of a single person to get any type of update. No service was done because i took my car to another Ford dealer. Second time ive had a bad experience with Grapevine ford. Will not be coming back

It took getting Ford Customer Relations to get help with our service. Once this happened Bob was great and very helpful. However, since the vehicle was picked up - today - it isn’t passing inspection and had a check engine light on for a small time period which wasn’t an issue when we dropped it off.

I came in today to have an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive the tire rotation because on my receipt it said “couldn’t rotate tires due to no wheel lock key found.” I told Pete Roshell where it was located. If they could not find it, why didn’t they come and ask me where it was. After returning home, I found the key exactly where I told Pete it was located. The tire rotation was NOT done and was I charged for it. What is your explanation for not completing what I had an appointment to have done? John H

Jason was very personable and helpful. Oil change was done in a timely manner. Everything was great except it was obvious no one used paper floor mats while driving the car and my driver’s side floor mat was filthy! So dirty, I took a picture of it! Went home and cleaned all the mats! Hopefully next time the shop will use a paper floor mat!!

My service rep disappeared shortly after I dropped off my vehicle, and apparently didn’t notify anyone to handle her cars/customers while she was gone? I was getting an oil change and inspection, and I was there two and a half hours. After two hours I started looking for her to inquire eta, couldn’t find her, and grabbed another person to assist. Found out she’d left, and my car had been done and waiting for me for about an hour, but no one came to tell me.
The time stamps on the paperwork showed that the work itself was done in a totally reasonable time, but the lack of attention from the service advisor made it an irritating experience.

Tho i did not receive a vehicle report from the multi point inspection, detailing wear on tires, brakes, etc. Have always received one before with my service. I call Alfredo today in that regard, left a voicemail and have not received a response yet.
