As to the small latch to hold up my cargo net in the back of my 2016 Edge. Holy cow ???? $58.00 for a 2 1/2 inch tall, 3/4 inch wide plastic injected made part is uncalled for. I’ll be returning it with my complaint letter!

We brought my wife's 2014 Escape in last Thursday to check the AC and it wasn't looked at until the following Thursday when the issue was discovered and repaired that same day. The service technician then found we had issues with coolant, brake fluid and transmission fluid. Needless to say $446.44 later we have our vehicle back but we are not happy. There is no need to contact us.

I was called by SPIREON SKY LINK about my Skylink tracker. They said that my Skylink is not working properly. They said that they tried a re-set it and tried to get a signal from it. They said that there is a long delayed response. It is still not working properly. They told me to schedule an appointment with the dealership to corret it. I could not get a hold of anyone through the phone, so I drove down there and Arron acted like he was too busy for me. He spoke with me and had a mechanic look at it but the mechanic just did a tiny checkup. So Arron said that I need to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks. I said to him that im ready to schedule an appointment right now, as I was there and ready. He walked away. Im upset. Customer service is a big issue. My SKYLINK IS NOT WORKING PROPERELY PER SKYLINK. HELP EDDIE!!
