Management needs to pay attention to simple scheduled appointments. An oil change should be a quick service with a scheduled appointment. In my case a simple oil change with an appointment for 8:00 a.m. was completed at 10:00. Am oil change with an appointment should not take 2 hours. Alfredo made it right, so in the end I was completely satisfied, but it was close. I much prefer the dealer even for oil changes when the price and timing is competitive, but it has to be competitive.

It was frustrating that my vehicle was there for 9 days. It basically sat there for 6 or 7 days waiting to get in to check on some issues.
Then my vehicle was returned with 9 mikes left in tank. When they picked it up from my last Wednesday it had a little over 100 miles. I expected it to be low but not on fumes. And the fact that the valet didn’t even warn me. Luckily I went to get dinner that night and took it to fill up but was down to 6 miles by the time I made it to a gas station. If I had not I would not have made it during rush hour this morning.
Lastly, my car was washed but horrible job. Still dirty around the tailgate and windows all spotty.
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had when having my car serviced. But maybe I’m spiked after using Sewell for 5 years. At this point I’m not sure I want to use Grapevine Lincoln again for service. Or to lease my next vehicle if I stick with Lincoln.
