Sleazy sales department when I bought my vehicle and totally dismissive when it comes to acceptable customer service. Had my vehicle for service for 12 days before it was looked at. Charged me over $1000 for something that should have been a warranty item. They did call me everyday to advise that they would look at it soon.

Got charged for a part that should have been covered under warranty. Don’t blame Darren at all, but Grapevine Ford should have made this right. It will definitely weigh on my decision where we purchase our next vehicle.

I had an appointment on Friday for an oil change. As my mom was dropping my car off Thursday night the check engine light came on. I got a call from Jody Friday morning that she got my car and would need more time to run a diagnostic check. I tried calling her back in the afternoon and didn't hear from her again until after end of business. She told me nothing had been done to my car all day and that she was only aware of the check engine light. I called back later to remind her of my 9am oil change appointment that was made and couldn't reach her. The next day I called Pete Roshell, he took care of everything for me and got me a rental car. Unfortunately he was unable to transfer the ticket because it was across departments. Jody called me Monday to let me know that my car was being taken care of and what the diagnosis was and the part needed was ordered. Then Tuesday evening I got a voicemail around 5 that my car was done and Jody wanted to make sure I was going to be in before close. I called back soon after and left a voicemail that I would be in around 6:30. I showed up and no one on the service side was there and Jody was no where to be found. At this point I walked across to the Quicklanes side and was immediately helped by Andrew Shannon. Andrew grabbed my ticket and informed me there was a $100 deductable that I was never made aware of by Jody. Jody told me the MPP plan I had was covering everything. Now I understand this is part of my maintenance plan and you have no control of this, but I would have been nice to have been informed prior to picking up my car. Andrew took care of me, got me checked out and my car back to me as quick as he could. Andrew also left a note for Jody to call me today, 8/14, as I was upset about the deductible and I have yet to receive a call. I'm very disappointed in the lack of follow through with the service of my vehicle. This caused a great inconvenience to my family as I was out of town. I will think twice about brining my car to Grapevine for anything other than Quicklane services.
