I had met Daren when I needed a new engine for this vehicle and after that I had him replace the transmission on it as well a year later.

Jody did a nice job. She was very professional. Jody greeted us promptly, she was friendly and clearly explained the recall process.
I do have a problem with Fords policy of not providing a car during a recall if the maintenance is scheduled to be under 2 hours. My recall was scheduled for .6 hours of work however I dropped my car off at 7am and it was not finished until 5pm. Your policy should be based on how fast Ford can complete the work.
