Great service very polite. Also their was another gentleman that was just walking by when I arrived and he stopped and asked who my service person was. He them went to get him. This gentleman also help me navigate out of the busy parking lot. Wish I could remember his name.

I scheduled an appointment through the quick lane to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my F150. Upon arrival, I was told that the service would take 2 hours. This seemed excessive but I decided to wait it out. 2 1/2 hours later my pickup was still not ready so I had them go find my vehicle and left before the service was completed. While I am glad that i was able to convince the service department to not charge me, I will likely never bring my vehicles back for service.

Josh, like the last time I was there, got my truck right in and even washed it for me. I really appreciated that, because having a dually, it’s hard to find automatic car washes. I had major surgery 2 weeks prior and cannot wash it. Josh was well organized and kept informed about my truck.
