Laura said she would call me in 30 or 45 min. I checked back a few says later and left a message. No call back. I visited the dealership while I was in the area a couple days after that and left another message... nothing. When I finally was called a few days later I scheduled an appt.
While at the appointment, no one told me anything, would give me an ETA or anything. I also felt like I was a bother the whole time.

I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle and the low tire symbol was still on. I know I did not bring it in for that or mentioned it but feel like the tech would have recognized that symbol and aired up the tires. I feel like the dealership service should be better.
