When I purchased the vehicle a couple of months ago, I was told that with Lincoln they offer the top notch service. I have owned other make of vehicles and by far the service at Grapevine Lincoln was the worst I’ve ever had. Initially, I got contacted by Christopher walker as the service advisor. After the initial contact I did not hear from him again nor was I able to reach him. I had a change of address for pickup of vehicle and the driver showed up at wrong address because of the lack of communication. It wasn’t until a week later I finally got a live person on the phone and they told me my vehicle was ready and could be delivered back. After several messages left via text, phone voicemail and hand messages at front desk, I realized this experience was not at all the Lincoln experience it was hyped up to be at purchasing the car. I hope this isn’t the usual. Very dissatisfied.

Daren was a good communicater during the process, but you guys had my car for a month and then I got my car back and then the oil leak was not fixed (the seal needed to be replaced).
Daren took care of this much faster than the month it took to get my car on the rack and the correct parts ordered.
I really felt Daren was honest with me during the whole process, but having my car for a month was frustrating.
