My reason for service is I was contacted about a recall issue on my back up camera. My scheduled appointment resulted in telling me I needed to come back
after the part was secured. Very unusual to schedule a repair with me and not having the part already.
Secondly, she left me a message to reschedule for the new part to be installed. I have since left 2 messages on her voice mail to call me back about a service appointment. Neither call has been returned.
Very unhappy with this exceptionally poor service.
I will be sharing this experience with our fleet manager who reports to me and with Element who handles vehicle maintenance administration for our company.
