It took too long to get my car serviced. They need to hire more techs if they are that busy. When I picked up my car the rain guard was not attached and an engine light was still on. I drove maybe 1/4 mile when I heard the noise and had to drive back. They then secured the guard and cleared the light.

Last week I had oil change,,, etc from Villa Ford and Matt Jukam treated me like I was his only customer, he’s a fine young man. Then I had tire issues yesterday Monday the 15th. I stopped in again to Villa Ford on my way to work and to my Pleasant surprise Janey Neuenswander came out right away with a smile on her face and she also treated me like I was Villa Fords only customer. I am hearing impaired and she was so kind and caring to old me. So I say Thank You to Villa Ford management that trains and hires the Best of the Best to help customers when they pull in. That’s all I have to say about this.
