My truck was at the dealership for over a week for recall repairs. I brought it to you a day after I had my truck detailed with clay bar. When I called to have it picked up, service said they would wash it and get it ready. I gave my paperwork to valet person and he pulled it up and got out and said “all clean and ready to go”. I ran my finger on the paint and it was covered in thick dust. I also had a huge spider web inside on my dash. I looked at the valet person (Hispanic wearing a camouflage ball cap) and said; “what’s this, my cars not clean” and he just looked at me and walked away.

Last time for me with Villa Ford. Couldn't simply get updates by phone while my car was at your shop. I would call no response so I would have to drive there during my work hours to find him scrolling through his cell phone. I just needed an update because I had a rental car. Then I get my car with the oil change light on. So I had to leave it longer to have oil changed. Please dont contact me its really not going to matter. Just thought you should know.
