First , I was given a time frame of two hours for my oil change . 2nd,, I was called at 10:45 to pick up my vehicle because it was ready . I returned to pick it up 10 minutes later , waited 30 minutes still no vehicle. Tracked down a service man to check on my van . Another 15 minutes goes by no info yet . Checked with Glenn . He went to check on my vehicle. So after an additional hour of waiting my vehicle showed up with no explanation of why I was called to pick it up when it wasn’t ready. My vehicle was not washed , inside did not have protective covering, next oil change sticker was not replaced so it looked to me like it was not done . Then Glenn popped the hood and checked the dip stick (tacky service) . I told him Ford just lost a customer . Lastly this vehicle is my business vehicle , I lost a job do to the additional time that your service department kept my vehicle.

The service writer was great.. So I had my truck there 1.4 months ago and had a part replaced on my truck. Well it did the same thing. The original one lasted 4.5 years ..The service writer informed me that management informed him they would not replace it and I would once again pay for part and labor. I know parts are guaranteed for 2 years .. Thing is I have bought 5 cars and trucks there and we even have a account there .. I'm just not understanding this and it's not the money but how you treat customers.. I think twice now before coming back..Thanks Ray

My no is based on dissatisfaction with the robustness of my truck suspension. Your staff did a fine job, even the car wash guy was good. All staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Now Ford needs to figure out how to make a truck that doesn’t have suspension problems in the first 40,000 miles.
