My experience was so bad that I will never be taking my car to you again. Glen, the person I dealt with, was completely missing whenever I needed to get an update on the car and, on the rare occasion I could get him on the phone, he made promises that he never kept. For example, last friday (oct 22) Glen promised my car would be finished by monday (oct 25). What Glen didn't know is that I could hear him talking to a technician about whether or not it could be done on that monday and the technician basically said maybe/that he would try. So Glen told me definitely, "you will be able to pick the car up on monday". Note that the technician said maybe and that Glen said it would be 100% done. Monday rolls around and I don't hear a peep from Glen. I called after awhile and got no response. This, by the way, was after Villa Ford had my car for a week and a half. I had to go out of town later that night (well after my car should have been ready and the dealership closed) and so I had to have a family member pick the car up for me later in the week. When my family member did pick up the car, Glen mentioned to them that he "advocated for me" when it came to some of the billing. My bill was roughly $2500 and I was also quoted for an additional $1800 to fix a driver seat that stopped moving back and forth. My car is probably worth $7000 and Glen was offering to have over $4000 worth of work done to my car. Pardon my french, but how in the **** can someone quote me these prices, run and hide when it comes time to update me on when I get my car back, and then say they advocated for me? Part of the $2500 worth of work I did have done was to replace a passenger airbag module. This is the same module that should have been replaced during a recall from several years ago by Villa Ford. If I hadn't done my own research no one at Villa Ford was going to mention this to me, and even still I had to pay at least $800 to fix it. And to top it all off, Glen, at this point knowing that I'm unhappy about how all this played out, offered me free oil change (maybe $89) the next time I bring the car in. Need I say any more?

Glen was great but the car wash he asked me for and I accepted never happened. I waited an extra 35 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. I told Glen if it wasn't yet washed to pull it up. It was still dirty. Not sure why it should have taken that long let alone any longer. Disappointed in that. Rest was as promised.
