All well with the service I requested, my only complaint would be I have a recall issue that I was notified of, and because it’s a first come first serve basis they said it would take a week or two. I can’t be without my truck for two weeks? I called another Ford dealership and they said they would have it done in two days. I think for recall issues, you should be able to make an appointment and not have to wait 1 to 2 weeks. Villa should be able to be managed better in my opinion?
Everyone is very nice there though. No complaints at all there.
