Joel was fine. My dissatisfaction is the fact it took over two full weeks to replace a water pump. Although a rental was offered after the first week, it was really to late to hassle with it by then. I have been a decades long customer of Villa Ford, and have had mostly good experiences with both Service and Sales. Unfortunately doing anything with the Service Department takes longer and longer over the past few years.

I really appreciate how fast the maintenance was. The only odd thing is I took my car for a smog check directly after leaving the dealership and failed. Something about the catalytic or catalyst had no data for the test.

The service overall was quite nice however the lady at pickup counter was quite rude. She didn’t smile once and had a nasty look on her face. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I picked up my truck. I expect better service from Ford and I’m very disappointed.
