Domingo was very helpful assisting with fixing the CamPhasers problems - he listened to my concerns and assured me that the problem would be addressed - he kept me informed on the recall and my F250 3.5 L would be fixed .

$86 for an oil change and filter is way too much. It is a simple job. My inclination now is to go to one of those quick oil change places. I will use your dealership when I need more complicated work like brakes or something else like that. On the plus side I was treated with great professionalism and friendliness.
