Joel and the service were fine. Your cashier was not. She was on her phone using blue tooth the entire time I waited in line and while doing my paperwork. It was a personal conversation with reference to grabbing my ****. She failed to tell me I needed to give my paperwork to the outside desk so I sat outside waiting until the very nice woman working the desk helped me and brought me my car.
