The Mobil service was great with Marcus. He’s very polite, helpful and thorough. When I took my car into dealership which Marcus did a great job calling ahead, the service wasn’t quite the same. I was told how slammed they were and seemed like they were doing me a favor to get my car done. I was told by Marcus it wouldn’t be a problem to get my car serviced that day. I was told car wouldn’t be ready until 3:00. Which was fine then got a text and a call my car was ready at 1:00. I arrived at 3:30 and no one was able to help me so I went to cashier myself and paid. I was told my car would be brought to me. I waited and no one brought my car nor checked on me sitting there. So I went back to cashier to ask if I could just my keys and go. She helped me and had to pull my car out herself. The car wasn’t washed either. I had assumed if it had been ready for 2 and half hours they would of washed it. Overall the work done on my car since excellent, Marcus always does a great job, just a little disappointed with the service at dealership. Thank you.

Joel was great. Your prices are outrageous. I had to pay 674 dollars on my 2020 f250 which I have bumper to bumper extended warranty on. I had a mouse chew through a couple wires causing a problem. Most other Ford dealers repair that with no charge Joel told me. I won’t be bringing my truck back to you guys again. And my next auto purchase certainly won’t be with you either. Convince me why I should return after being taken advantage of
