This was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Special thanks to Jane, your Director of First Impressions, for her help during my first call to inquire about bringing my car In for service. Sheldon took great care of my vehicle’s Service needs and was a pleasure to work with. Christian was of great help with the renewal of my Premium Service Plan and was very personable. And shout outs to the cashiers, showroom receptionist, and George and Joel were very friendly as well. I’d also like to express my appreciation to the other friendly team members that greeted me and my grandson warmly and showed us personally where to go. I will look forward to receiving the survey. I don’t usually give 10’s but I will definitely be giving the highest rating in every category.
