Glenn has been great but if he or someone else is charged with pricing out my job they need to be fired. I was quoted $4000 to repair my sunroof and $1000 to close it. I declined all services. I was told the headliner had to come out and that it was labor intensive to get it to close. When I got the truck home in under 5 minutes and the removal of two rubber pieces I now have my sunroof closed. No removal of headliner. In addition, no video that I have watched online requires headliner removal. I also have ordered the tracks at a cost of $72. I will remove a total of 6 T25 bolts and repair the sunroof myself. So where do you get $4000?I'm about to report this because I believe due to your location you are taking advantage of either elderly people or people who are better off. But this is absolute ****. I will no longer be coming to Villa Ford and make sure I never do business with a Dave Wilson establishment. There is no need to contact me. I will be copying this and pasting it to Tustin and Orange Super Buzz on FB. People need to know about this type of money grab
