There are two issues that I am unhappy with. The first issue was my sunroof. It is not working correctly and I asked that it be looked at as part of the extended warranty. I was told that after looking at it, the repair was not covered. I decided not to fix it at that time, but I was unaware I was going to be charged $175.00 for looking at it. Had I been told that I probably would have gone ahead with the repair. My other issue is that I think someone should go over the invoice with you when you pick up your car

Glen was very helpful. I was very upset and frustrated at my situation with the problems i have had and are still having with my 2018 F150. I currently have 3 fords. 2013 Mustang Gt, 2015 Mustang Ecoboost and 2018 F150. Glen helped me to calm down a bit. Glen is great. It is Fords policies that im not happy with. Customer service is not the same as it used to be. I always buy extended Ford Warranties and they are not cheap. Ford in the past always took care of me with the warranties bit now it is a different approach. If you would like to discuss my thoughts on this matter please contact me. Also we are /were going to trade in the Ecoboost and possible buy the Bronco Sport. Might mot now since Ford tries not to honor warranties

My boyfriend has a lot of detailing experience from detailing various cars all the time. He also details my car every other week and has never seen major scratches. However, when I picked up my car from Villa Ford today I noticed major cosmetic damage that was not there before. There is roughly around 250-300 micro/somewhat deep scratches on the top of the front driver side fender where some are buffable, but others are not. I would have noticed something this bad and my boyfriend would have as well. After noticing this damage, I went to Villa Ford and asked my service advisor to see the damage report that they wrote up prior to bringing the car into service and he said that there was none since I did not have any major dents or “major cosmetic damage.” I would consider the damage that I’ve found to be “major cosmetic damage.” I don’t know where to go from this so my boyfriend is going to bring my car in on Monday to speak to the management team.
