Clayton has always been my go-to service advisor at this location. He helped me purchase my vehicle and it's nice to have someone that has followed alongside its maintenance and history. Service was friendly, respectful and prompt. Text notifications keeping me updated on what's happening with my vehicle including photos and a video walk through were great. Loved that the service appointment was done within an hour. Thanks for getting me in same day and being nice and helpful overall. Everyone else I spoke with there was also friendly and nice.

The issues I brought my vehicle in for were not addressed. One of the Service staff wanted to keep my vehicle longer and I was all for it, but another service staff member said no. I have had this vehicle about 2 1/2 months and this is the second time the vehicle had this problem. I wish your service staff would honor the warranty to find out why
