As a senior, safety the car is important to me. I really concern ing about my car’s unusual condition. However Hyundai service center to following my car’s problems. And the supervisor mr. Moe is willing to help me. So i am expecting that someday my car will perfect condition. Meanwhile mr. Moe will take care of my car step by step. Thanks alot mr. Moe.

Each time I get service your people tell me two hours and it has been from over 3 to 4 and a half. Get real or give people progress reports. I appreciate how hard this is to do and I like your people and know they are doing the best they can. This is a systems problem, not a people problem.

Wait too long for car too be ready. One tire still had issues, so it made me wonder if tire pressure was even checked. TPMS light still seen on car dashboard.
