Our promised end time for our regular service kept get extended until it was 40 minutes beyond. Even when we were told it was done and wait outside, it was 10 minutes of waiting.

Some issues were not resolved due to lack of parts, and a new problem occurred after service, so I am going to visit the service center again.

Mark was great, efficient and professional. However repairs required rear seat access. 1:LH rear headrest had dirty finger smudges and was not reinstalled. 2: rear seat leather also had finger smudges from dirty hands.Please coach technicians to use more care, wash hands before handling interior.

I had an appointment at 9am on Friday for an oil change and when I arrived on time I was told by Q that it would take about 2 1/2 hours. I told him I would be waiting there. I checked back in after 2 1/2 hours with no update and noticed my car had barely moved. I received no explanation as to why my car hadn’t been worked on yet. After 3 1/2 hours my car was ready with no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. This has happened on my past several visits and don’t think I will be back for the poor communication and long wait times.
