Richard was great, i'd give him a 9/10. He kept me updated and informed. I give the dealership a 2/10. My vehicle stayed there over night, during that time my license plates were stolen. They need to amp up they're security. Also, it was very inconvenient for me to go back and forth to the dealership, then the dmv to request new plates. Although they offered to pay for the replacement, I would have liked them to also offer some kind of compensation, like fill my tank or some discount on future services.

Brandon was great. The tech who worked on the car used too much torgue and broke off a screw holding the top of the air filter case in place. I called Brandon and he said the company would take care of it and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Brandon handled this issue with the utmost professionalism.

Not regarding Carlos. I like the previous way to get attention when a person enters the service area. The attendants were readily available instead of waiting for someone to notice the car idling for help.
