My experience with the service center at Norm Reeves Honda and with Alex, my service advisor, was five-star caliber. Alex greeted me with a smile, was friendly and “genuine”, fully explained the service that was to be done, answered my questions, and at no time did I feel rushed. The service was done in a reasonable time and courtesy transportation to and from was provided, which was a very appreciated perk. My experience went as smoothly as I would have hoped.

When I left my car, I put my gum packet in my center console. When I left i reached for my gum and it was gone. I am upset about the team going through my stuff. Over time the care at Honda has tremendously gone down. This is the third car here. In a past incident, they forgot to put my transmission oil cap back on. There have been many instances where I have not been satisfied with Honda overall. Definitely the last car I buy at Honda.

I had a great experience servicing my car at Honda thanks to Jonathan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my service was completed efficiently. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and I felt like my car was in great hands. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and professionalism.
