Benito Torres greeted me warmly-during check-in, I mentioned that the splash tray may have been damaged. The technician(s) inspected the tray, changed the oil and filter and replaced a couple of fasteners. Thanks to the technicians, everything went smoothly and my CRV was ready in a little over an hour. Benito always keeps his customers happy!

Enrique is always helpful. He’s a great service advisor. He lets me know the time frame is going to be and it’s always less. That’s why I always go to Cerritos. He’s the best, great job having him on your team.

Trevor was informative and polite. He explained what needed to be done very clearly and didn't try to add in unnecessary services. The work was completed earlier than expected. I was able to pay online so pickup was easy.
