Ramblin provided phenomenal service. he was very knowledgeable and was patient to answer my questions regarding a previous multi-point inspection video I was curious about. he explained things clearly and was very attentive to my needs. greatly appreciate his help

service was fine Joseph was A+ my problem is that my car always get service and I was there I believe a couple months before never take my car anywhere else to get service and for some reason it had no coolant I believe that's what they said.. I had no leaks I parked my car in my driveway I think the last time I went they didn't fill it up with coolant but anyway I had to get my car fixed

This was my first visit to Norm Reeves Ford and I was truly impressed with everyone I encountered. Andreas, my service advisor was very friendly, communicated via text regularly and was very professional. I was very impressed when I arrived to pick up my car and he remembered my name. That really put Notm Teeves over the top. I’ll certainly be returning to this dealership for any future needs that I have.
