Enrique is always helpful. He’s a great service advisor. He lets me know the time frame is going to be and it’s always less. That’s why I always go to Cerritos. He’s the best, great job having him on your team.

Trevor was informative and polite. He explained what needed to be done very clearly and didn't try to add in unnecessary services. The work was completed earlier than expected. I was able to pay online so pickup was easy.

It’s always a great experience getting my car serviced at Honda. The staff is professional, helpful, and keeps me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate how thorough they are with maintenance and how they let me know about any upcoming service my car may need. It gives me peace of mind knowing my car is being well taken care of. Highly recommend!
