Kyle was professional but I thought the treatment by Genesis was arbitrarily and dismissive. The auto I bought had hidden flaw and wasn’t taken care of.

Experience was mediocre, I have a problem with tje car that there are some vibration/shaking i shared my issue. Only option given to me was go for diagnostic and pay usd190. Otherwise no one can even try to drive to see the issue itself. I expect basic thing, someone drive and give a suggestion does it really requires diagnostic or something else or may be that's not an issue. I felt like dealing with machines.

The infotainment unit replacement didn't fix the ghost touch issues and when picking up my car there were scratches on the a/c vent trim. Tried contacting Ruben this morning after the issues continued today and asked the rep on the phone to make sure he calls me back today, but he never did. I called again and finally spoke with another service manager. This issue has gone on for almost a year now. Very frustrating and I just want the infotainment system to be fixed.

I really appreciate how Raymond took care of my vehicle needs. He is reliable, approachable, and very knowledgeable. He got the job well done on my vehicle and I am grateful and appreciate his hardwork and trustworthiness. I’m also glad he is back at Norm Reeves Ford.
