I bought my truck at Norm Reeves November 2015. I have had all the service performed on my truck at Norm Reeves (minus tires). I like going to a service shop that I know and trust. My truck was towed to NR after hours (shortly after the maintenance shop had closed) and Q greeted me and assured that my truck would be seen the following day.

Robert Gonzalez is the best! I never leave Honda of Cerritos disappointed or worried about my vehicle. He always listens closely to my concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure they are fully addressed. Robert knows exactly how to handle every situation and always leaves me a very happy customer!

This is the third time that I have had Angelo as my manager. He is great. Besides being friendly and efficient, he keeps me in contact with the progress of my repairs and make sure that I know exactly what’s going on.

There was a large amount of cars before mine and it only took about 20minutes, tires weren’t even checked I even have doubts the oil was changed. Service advisor didn’t give any info he he just said it would take around 1 hour and a half when I was just walking outside 20 minutes later noticed my car was just sitting outside I asked if they were done workers said yes.
