When time came to pick up vehicle, Javier not only remembered us but gave us a full report of the vehicle inspection performed. Shuttle Service should be switched to uber/lyft for customers. Been to other toyota locations and they use uber/lyft. I waited over 1 hour after I was notified that my car was ready for picked up. Shuttle service took a really long time.

I sent my wife in to get our first of 2 free oil changes that came with the purchase of the vehicle. Turns out they were going to charge her for it. Luckily, I had a phone conversation with the service advisor who had to take what seemed like a long time to verify that the oil change was free very weird. Also the upsell was tremendous. They also charged her for tire rotation, which was unnecessary at the time since she is a woman, I guess they looked at it as open opportunity will not be returning, but will try a different Dealer next time.
